How does one go about claiming warranty? I bought an Anet A8 Plus less than three weeks ago and already the cord carrying 24V from the power supply to the control board destroyed itself (the terminal burned completely off the wire) and badly damaged the barrier strip on the control board (that whole end of the barrier strip is burned and crumbling now). I don't find any way to claim warranty. How do I go about doing that? Or an I screwed until I can cobble together my own fix for it?

I even tried to just buy a replacement control board but Anet won't let me do it. I can select the (12V) A8 board but I cannot select the (24V) A8 Plus board.
