Hello! I just joined the community today.

I purchased an A2 Plus three years ago. I'm running into issues now that I'm finally ready to do some more advanced things.

I noticed that the printer doesn't know it's a "plus" model. Even though I have Cura setup to print 220 x 270, the printer itself will not print past 220 in the Y axis. I tried flashing firmware, but I think I have to flash the boot code, because it didn't make a difference.

I'm also struggling with the cooling fan. The output is at 100% all the time, and it doesn't matter what I set in the slicer.

I love this little printer. It has taken me this long to become proficient enough before doing more advanced things, but now that I'm here it's really hard to find information on the A2. I would appreciate any direction any can give me.
